To help Google for Education improve their reach to IT decision-makers, I conducted thorough content experience audits, stakeholder and representative user research, then used those inputs to design new messaging strategy and page structures for new, dedicated micro sites. I then provided editorial oversight for the copy and collated content resources.
To help Android for Enterprise create a more compelling destination for SMB prospects, I conducted a deep audit of the current state site’s messaging and content experience against needs discovered from interviewing stakeholders and users, then developed a content strategy for an improved go-to-market profile.
