For pilot location of Bank of Montreal’s Studio 2.0 retail locations program (premium, digitally-focused micro-branches - press), I helped the business make customers feel the excitement of a new type of banking, along with the innovation and confidence always associated with BMO, by directing creation of messaging architecture and copy creative for in-branch kiosks and digital signage.
To help BMO achieve efficiency in their ongoing updating, I created artifacts for, and taught the Studio 2.0 content team how to set up, best practices for publishing (calendars, programming, pipeline, sourcing).
