WhatsApp. Sept 2019 - Sept 2024.

As a lead CD for WhatsApp business - with a focus on paid messaging, commerce, payments, and integrity, I deliver end-to-end content design for features and flows that connect merchants and consumers in conversational transactions, including:
Paid marketing messages
Catalog digital storefront
Payments: sending and receiving money in chats
Data-sharing and similar consent gates
Business discovery like in-app Directory, and native Facebook and Instagram ad creation
- providing UX experience design and copy, including onboarding, positioning, UI strings, terminology/naming, and alerts/errors and notifications for a wide variety of conversational commerce features.
- building out terminology and content standards - voice & tone, usage, patterns, term-bank entries - to extend and evolve WhatsApp’s existing guidelines.
- establishing effective localization processes to translate base English-language copy into the range of languages and locale-appropriate interfaces while maintaining WhatsApp's voice & tone.
- developing and evolving integrity and policy-enforcement experiences and content (strings, patterns, application guidance) in close collaboration with legal and safety teams, to help businesses maintain responsible presences and ensure safe commerce interactions.
