Oversight and direction of annual model year update globalization: localized copy and asset updates of 40 models across 40 market locale sites. Effort included copywriting, process management and much more.
Directing the content team for a major replatforming effort, moving H-D from legacy to new CMS:
- designed a single, unifying structural taxonomy for all the various market sites in the global suite that enforced centralized consistency while allowing regional and local flexibility.
- drove accurate migration through detailed mapping of content from legacy to future-state content models and CMS set-ups.
- developed a DAM structure to create efficiencies in saving and serving up assets in a "filing structure" corresponding to business needs.
