As a lead content strategist, content designer and ux copywriter for this iconic automotive values & insights destination in late 2016, I improved publishing processes and efficiencies by developing a cross-business taxonomy and editorial publishing strategies, as well as crafting engaging copy and content experiences that deepened user loyalty for a variety of digital, mobile-first products.
As it happens, 2 years earlier in 2015, KBB was one of the clients I served as snr. manager content strategy at SapientNitro. As part of a replatforming to AEM, I developed a comprehensive publishing operations model, including a governance framework, roles & responsibilities, and system workflows.
